Easy Romesco Dip

This creamy Romesco Dip is one you can make without much huss or fuss. It looks great, tastes even better, and will easily become your family’s favorite thing to dip into!

Romesco sauce is a sauce made with roasted red peppers and walnuts. It’s a classic in Catalan, Spanish and Portuguese cuisine. The word romesco is a noun that refers to both the sauce and the pepper in it. The actual peppers are called “picuals” in Spain but for this recipe, I’ll be using fire-roasted red peppers! It has a smooth, rich, smoky flavor that goes great on meats, fish, and vegetables. I love it so much that I always keep the ingredients for this recipe on hand so I can make it anytime I want to.

This dip is delicious as it is, but can also be adjusted or modified to fit your taste. It’s great to have on hand if you are entertaining or just whipping up a nice dinner for the family. This Easy Romesco Dip recipe makes enough for 8-10 people, depending on how much they like to dip.

Whether you want to whip this up for game nights, when you want to feed a crowd, or just because… a spicy roasted red pepper spread is always a good idea. This easy-to-make homemade dip recipe also goes great with fresh veggies or bread. Chips are always an option too!

Enjoy this warm, tangy, and flavorful Romesco sauce alongside any dish. Scroll down and grab the full Easy Romesco Dip recipe to learn how to make it yourself!
