After all, a pizza party always means good times. Even better with pizza that’s shaped like a hamantaschen!
Here's a fact of life: pizza cookies are a dream come true for anyone who wants to have their pizza and eat it too. This Pizza Hamantaschen recipe is a fun way to spice up our favorite Purim cookie recipes and add some excitement to your next family gathering.
Sweet hamantaschen are great, but if you're in the mood for a savory change then this hamantaschen recipe's for you! The only thing left is to invite your friends and family over for a little pizza cookie party!

1 package premade pizza crust, rolled into an 9-inch circle
3 tbsp pizza sauce
½ tsp basil, dried
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Pinch red chili flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a tray with baking paper.
Spread sauce on top of the pizza dough, placing most of it in the center 3 inches.
Top with basil, cheeses, and chili flakes.
Fold the edges in to create a triangle, pinching the corners firmly
Brush the crust with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
