Pizza Hamantaschen

This Pizza Hamantaschen has all the flavors you love about pizza... but in a different kind of triangle from what you're probably used to.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package remade pizza crust, rolled into a 9-inch circle
  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1/2 tsp basil, dried
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • Pinch red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Spread sauce on top of the pizza dough, placing most of it in the center 3 inches.
  3. Top with basil, cheeses, and chili flakes.
  4. Fold the edges in to create a triangle, pinching the corners firmly
  5. Brush the crust with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
  7. Enjoy!
