Green Goddess Whipped Feta

Get ready to discover your new favorite dip, dressing, or spread!

This creamy dip tastes herby, fresh, and bright- the perfect way to start the month. After all, January was definitely just a trial period for the new year right? 😋

Whipped feta is a classic Greek salad dressing and I don’t think i’ll ever get tired of it. And for good reason. It’s delicious and it’s full of healthy fats that make it a great choice for salads or sandwiches.

We’re using plain greek yogurt for this recipe— yogurt is rich in protein, calcium and probiotics, which are all important for healthy digestion. It also contains a small amount of fat, which will help the other ingredients get creamy! Whipped feta uses olive oil and lemon juice to strengthen the flavor of the dish while giving it a tangy kick.

I’m not saying we should all make feta a part of our daily lives— buuuut it should definitely make more appearances. If it weren’t for the fact that I have a reputation to maintain, I’d put this Green Goddess Whipped Feta on everything.
