Method
- Preheat the oven to 450F.Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice.
- Drizzle the cauliflower with oil, and sprinkle with za’atar, sumac, salt and pepper.
- Roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden and tender.
- Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice.
