- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a baking pan.
- Combine coconut, almond, maple and potato starch in a food processor until a rough dough forms. Add 1-2 tbsp water as needed. Add sea salt.
- Scoop 1 ½ tbsp mixture into balls.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden.
- Dip into melted white chocolate and sprinkles, let sit.
