Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp 20g chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp 10g unsweetened coconut, shredded
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds, ground
  • 2 cups unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or container.
  2. Shake or stir to combine.
  3. Let sit in the fridge overnight, or until thickened.
  4. Enjoy!
