Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, whole
  • 5 cloves garlic, whole
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 300F.
  2. Combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and chilli flakes in a baking dish.
  3. Roast for 1 hour, or until tomatoes have blistered and softened.
  4. Spoon over labneh.
  5. Enjoy!
