Gluten-free Halvah Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted chocolate
  • 1/2 cup halvah, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and sea salt.
  3. Add the eggs, and melted chocolate, stirring to combine.
  4. Fold in halvah and chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
