Pizza Hamantaschen
This Pizza Hamantaschen has all the flavors you love about pizza... but in a different kind of triangle from what you're probably used to.
- 1 package remade pizza crust, rolled into a 9-inch circle
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp basil, dried
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Pinch red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a tray with baking paper.
Spread sauce on top of the pizza dough, placing most of it in the center 3 inches.
Top with basil, cheeses, and chili flakes.
Fold the edges in to create a triangle, pinching the corners firmly
Brush the crust with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
