Gluten-free Halvah Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted chocolate
  • 1/2 cup halvah, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the coconut flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and sea salt.
  • Add the eggs, and melted chocolate, stirring to combine.
  • Fold in halvah and chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes.
  • Let cool before slicing.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
