Lemon Tahini Slaw

Toss this easy-to-make slaw into your favorite big bowl or serve on the side for a taste treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup tahini Dressing
  • 1 tsp lemon zest Dressing
  • Juice of 1 lemon zest Dressing
  • 2 tsp maple syrup Dressing
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast Dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Dressing
  • 1/4 cup water Dressing
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced Slaw
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced Slaw
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped Slaw
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds Slaw

Instructions
 

  • Make the dressing: combine all ingredients in a bowl, whisking until smooth. Add more water, as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  • Combine all slaw ingredients in a large bowl, toss with dressing.
  • Enjoy!
