I'm obsessed with oatmeal cookies. I love oats in my cookies so much that I get really random oatmeal cookie cravings at the weirdest times. They're completely valid, as all cravings are, BUT they can also be a big problem if I just don't have time to heat up my oven and bake myself a fresh batch.


These oatmeal cookie dough balls taste just as delicious as the real deal & are healthy to boot —no eggs, flour, or baking needed!

Oatmeal Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • ¼ cup ground flaxseeds

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

  • ½ cup cashew butter

  • 1/3cup brown rice syrup or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder, vegan

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup chocolate chips


Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms.

  2. Roll into 16 balls.

  3. Enjoy!
