Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Orgain, plant based)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a jar or container.
  • Shake and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy!
