Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a tray with baking paper. Grease generously.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer batter to the greased baking tray. Shape in a 12-inch circle, forming with your hands (wet them slightly, it makes it easier to spread!)
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, and top with your favorite pizza toppings, baking for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the toppings are fully cooked.
